The hotel was upscale and fairly clean, everything was modern. The service was excellent. There was parking on-site. The location was comfortable and ideal. A drugstore and a wine store were within walking distance. The area was cozy.

everything was modern, had a very lovely stay on this vacation. staff were extremely helpful and attentive. double room was with a flat-screen television, a coffee maker and a writing desk. the hotel was what i thoroughly enjoyed during the trip.

Staff is fantastic and you can park your car onsite. All in all they offer exceptional service.

location was very convenient

first place we had to pay for internet in the room and then it was even working ...and breakfast was not included in the rate....we did find a lovely bakery over the bridge going out of town that even gave you free coffee....a rarity in iceland

This place is centrally situated with easy access to various restaurants, a liquor store, supermarkets, a wine shop, and banks nearby.

Not free internet connection, Bread at the breakfast was dry.

Location right by supermarket and food, Egilsstadir ‘ s main attractions, and cute shops and cafe's. Strategic location, tastefully decorated room with great views of the lake.

Beds were a little hard.

The staff at Herath - Berjaya Iceland Hotels, especially the manager, are absolutely perfect. the location is marvelous, set in a lovely area with convenient amenities nearby such as a restaurant, Egilsstadir airport, grocery store, liquor store, Tourist Information office. the hotel is also just 1 km away from Tjarnagardur.

The hotel is close to all amenities. The room was clean and comfortable.

The charge for wi-fi was disappointing as most cafes and even campsites offered it for free. We were surprised there were no tea/coffee making facilities in the room as this is pretty standard, even in budget hotels in the UK.

The view of the glacier is not to be missed!

The location was perfect, very comfortable and close to the city's main attractions, restaurants, and parks; breakfast with toast and cereal was excellent.

Comfortable bedding and decent views of the town.

There was no free Wi-fi, which I thought was absurd since everywhere else in Iceland there was free Wi-fi...even hostels.

Cozy room with a nice big bathroom setup when we got here. the hotel is super close to Vinbuthin 🌟.

The breakfast was great! Free internet access, free parking, the room was large and clean.

A little expensive, but everything in iceland is expensive!
